Shipping Information

Orders of $150 or more receive free standard Australia-wide shipping (excluding bulky goods).

Orders under $150 will be shipped by Standard Shipping with tracking at a flat rate of $10 (excluding bulky goods).

You may upgrade to Express Shipping for a flat rate of $13 (excluding bulky goods).

All orders are sent via Australian Post unless otherwise stated.

We are not liable for any lost, missing, or damaged parcels sent by Australia Post. If you wish to purchase insurance or a signature on delivery for your order, please contact us after you make your order, as extra fees do apply.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notifying you along with a tracking number to track your order. This will allow you to follow up on any order and the delivery timeframe that it should arrive.

Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be shipped for in-stock items.
